MADE IN COWICHAN

Whether you  come to visit the wineries or the artists galleries, or whether you are meandering the country roads by bicycle, you will quickly see the Cowichan is a feast for the senses – a bountiful oasis of visual and culinary delights.

The sparkling orchard ciders, award winning wines, available year round, our locally produced cheeses, meats, fruits and vegetables, all fresh from the farm and bursting with flavour, available from the farmers markets and farm gates in season, are all part of the Cowichan lifestyle.

Many artists call this place home, and open their studio doors to visitors, on tours or by appointment.
Also well worth looking for is the locally made ice cream, and wonderful breads and baked goods.

This is also the the home of the Cowichan knitters and the place to pick up hand knitted jackets, hats and socks.

Look for and enjoy all that is made locally.
